Seymour AV headquarters?

Seymour AV was founded to bring unique reference-focused solutions with premium components to the audio/video market at factory-direct prices.  We focus on delivering top quality bang for the buck by minimizing or eliminating the overhead you, the customer, aren't interested in paying us for, like chairs or water.  We quickly answer questions and send samples.  If it's not what you expected, we'll do what it takes to make it perfect.  Don't worry about being less than smiling from your purchase.  We'll treat you like you're our only customer, just not in a desperate, creepy kind of way.

All of our product is manufactured to order in Ames, Iowa.  For those seeking more sophisticated screens, such as the patent-pending stacked nano-mirror Ambient-Visionaire™ screens, Enlightor-Neo AT material, and motorized masking systems, we also make Seymour-Screen Excellence product here in Ames.  They are only available through select home theater dealers and installers.

Rush Orders

Our rush order program is designed to assist our customers in urgent situations where the product is needed.  The upcharge to rush a product is 10% of the order total.  Please call to ensure its availability and what we're able to accommodate.

Changes & Cancellation

It can take a day for your order to go into production.  Any changes or cancellations before the order has gone into production are possible and you will be quoted for the new product.  Please call to find out if your order has gone into production and to get accurate change or cancellation fees if applicable.

Once your order is in production, any changes will be made at the customer's expense, due to our products custom nature.  Products may face up to a 15% restocking fee depending on its uniqueness.  To cancel an order after the product has shipped, then buyer will be responsible for shipping charges and credit will be issued after inspection.

Please order your products carefully and triple check to ensure that all details are correct.  If you are unsure, please ask that we put a hold on an order until you contact us with confirmation to proceed.  PayPal doesn't refund their service fee, so once we run the card that portion of the sale is non-refundable.

Returns

If there is any problem with the Seymour AV product you received, or if you are unsatisfied with the purchase, we will accept returns of any product within 30 days after receipt.  A full refund (minus PayPal's not refunding of their service fees) of the purchase price and original shipping charges will be refunded to you, provided that the product has not been abused.  The product must have an authorization number on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.  The refund will be issued after inspection.

JVC projectors are not returnable.
